Mark is a lovely person, so genuine. My experience with Mark was with Reiki and sound healing and oh my word! What an experience. I had a knee and ankle injury but my knee in particular was keeping me awake and waking me up if if I did get to sleep. But since seeing Mark my knee pain has gone and I'm sleeping better than ever. I found the session to be quite spiritual and felt so light afterwards. I would definitely recommend Mark. -Melanie Keyes

Great reiki and sound therapy with mark today. He explained the treatment really well prior. I was amazed at what I could feel during the treatment. Mark explained which chakras he felt needed the most work during the treatment and I was amazed that it was places I’ve been having issues. I had my first ever reiki session with Mark, in which I physically let a lot go, many tears but not accompanied by any sadness, just a feeling of the body releasing and allowing the body to move in an intuitive way to allow whatever needs to be energetically cleared. I'd like to share my experience with my first ever Reiki session with Mark. It happened spontaneously while I was visiting family in Yorkshire on a short trip from Spain. As a self-employed lawyer, my job IS very stressful, so I decided to give it a try.
I was curious ( I would call myself a spiritual person ) especially Since my daughter had benefited from sessions in Spain.
Mark was incredibly professional, his calm and warm demeanour, along with his soothing voice, made me feel completely at ease.
The session was deeply relaxing. Mark worked from my head to toe using soft, tingling Sounds and gentle movements. I distinctly felt a sense of Something leaving me like the release of residual tension.
I also remember hearing Mark speak very softly, letting me know that I could get up whenever I was ready. There was no pressure to hurry or leave and I appreciated being given the space and time to decide when I wanted to get up. It was absolutely marvelous!
Mark also mentioned the possibility of a distance Reiki session in the future in Spain, Which I look forward to trying.
