I have always struggled with having anxiety and depression because I’m wheelchair bound with physical limitations as I have cerebral palsy, and even though this is not severe I really find it difficult to deal with and accept because I have full capacity and a fully working system which is healthy it’s just my legs that are incorporative. I’m not proud of it but when I’ve been at my lowest I’ve often wanted to take my own life. I have been on the counselling cycle for years and even though it’s helped for a short period of time I wanted a life long lasting remedy that helped me lay the past to rest. My friend who I admire so much helped me research holistic medicine and we found the miracle worker that is Mark O'Hanlon and hypnosis and honestly I’m usually sceptical about things but I went into it with an open mind and it’s been really life changing for me. I will never look back and I’ve found it so fascinating that I want to study it and become a holistic practitioner, he is inspiration to me. After 20 years of suffering with depression and anxiety I couldn’t see the wood for the trees and as far seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, it was none existent. So I went into hypnotherapy as a last resort and hopefully find something that worked. Hypnotherapy has been the miracle that I’ve been waiting for I never be able bodied but my mind set has definitely changed I don’t see it as a problem anymore it’s just a way of life that I have to accept. Before this I was so riddled with anxiety and depression that I thought I would be reliant on tablets to keep now I want to reduce my antidepressant and anxiety tablets and use the powers of this to be able to manage the stress of life with holistic medicine rather than medication if it’s meant to be it will and I’m determined and stubborn enough to make sure it does. I'm a more comfortable and relaxed person in my own skin and flying like a beautiful butterfly soaring through the clouds with hope for the future on my wings. Just with four weeks of this magic medicine I'm really happy that there will be a future for me to enjoy every minute of life. Thanks Mark I cannot express the gratitude I have you, and cannot wait to see what the future holds for me after your treatment.

I had hypnotherapy with Mark as I was losing sleep and feeling anxious and nervous about a public speaking event had for work. After 1 session I felt like a new person and the public speaking event went better than I could ever have imagined. This was down to the session I had, which made me feel relaxed, at ease and made me actually embrace the public speaking event, as a-posed to feeling daunted by it. I then booked in 3 additional hypnotherapy sessions with Mark as I wanted to feel more relaxed in life and to have more confidence in my own business. I am now thriving in my business and life in general. Mark made me feel welcome, at ease and explained the session in detail.

Recently new to Rieki and Sound Therapy. Mark is a great friendly and knowledgeable guy and soon put me at ease and fully explained the therapy and its benefits. I’ve had 2 sessions so far and felt much more relaxed and less anxious afterwards, plus this helped me have a great nights sleep. I’m now having hypnotherapy treatments as well which I find are really helping me. Marks pharmacy background is great too and has helped me understand my meds and put my mind at ease re any side affects I may have as my gp reduces them. Mark is a lovely person, so genuine. My experience with Mark was with Reiki and sound healing and oh my word! What an experience. I had a knee and ankle injury but my knee in particular was keeping me awake and waking me up if if I did get to sleep. But since seeing Mark my knee pain has gone and I'm sleeping better than ever. I found the session to be quite spiritual and felt so light afterwards. I would definitely recommend Mark.
